Authorities said Panajotis Tafa and a 16-year-old suspect walked into Deliza Pizza at 460 E. Butler Avenue in New Britain around 2:30 p.m.
When the 16-year-old got into an argument with an employee, police said he went around the counter and punched the worker in the face. The employee shoved the 16-year-old to the ground before Tafa "rushed over and pulled a knife," according to investigators.
Tafa then stabbed a second worker in the arm after they tried to hold him back, authorities said.
Tafa surrendered to police on Monday, April 15, and was remanded to the Bucks County Prison in lieu of a $50,000 bail, police said. Court records show he has a preliminary hearing on April 30.
